♦After being seated, I mentioned that this was my first visit to the restaurant. Maggie, our serving person, was very welcoming and mentioned that this Sunday was the first time Toscanos had opened for brunch. And what a wonderful experience it was for both couples who decided to enjoy a brunch together for the day! Ok, it wasn’t crowded, probably because the word had not yet gotten out that Sunday brunch was available at Toscanos, but I can say with confidence that this place will succeed in this added venture. The prices were reasonable for us senior couples. And the staff worked together to make our experience very enjoyable. Maggie made sure that we all received what we ordered and that our water and coffee cups were filled, but she did not overbear in her services. She was perfect with her hospitality, and it was as if she had known us for a long time. But the others on her team also remained supportive and caring. We look forward to making stops at this restaurant, not only for brunch, but maybe for a dinner in the near future. (Sept. 2024)
♦Good Italian restaurants are hard to find! Started with the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer which was great. I ate the cavatappi and sausage, my husband had the seafood linguine, both were absolutely delicious. Additionally the portion sizes are spot on, so you are not overwhelmed with mountains of food. Service was great. If you want good Italian food I highly recommend this place. (May 2024)
♦Toscanos has long been one of our favorite restaurants, but a recent visit with my wife reminded us why. The team went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for a date that had some unique considerations for us. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect, and the kindness shown by the staff truly stood out. We’re so grateful. (June 2025)

♦What a pleasant surprise! Based on its location in an area that consists mostly of office buildings and business parks, one might expect the fare at this restaurant to be on the “mall” end of the dining spectrum. Not so. Our cocktails – one of which was the rhubarb gimlet, a seasonal special – were outstanding. The bottle of Sparkman syrah we ordered was very reasonably priced, and I loved seeing so many Washington wines on their list. Our entrees were utterly delicious and it’s clear they’re using the best ingredients in that kitchen. Best of all, the service was warm, welcoming, and super professional without ever being fussy. ♦Toscanos is hands down one of the best spots in Puyallup! The ambiance is cozy yet upscale, perfect for a date night or special dinner.
We started with the Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella–crispy, creamy, and drizzled with the perfect amount of balsamic. For the main course, I had the Seafood Linguine and was blown away. The prawns, clams, and scallops were super fresh and the basil cream sauce was rich and flavorful. (April 2025)

♦This is the best meal I have experienced in a while. We got the copper river salmon (best salmon mom has ever had) and the risotto (beautiful and springy! ♦If I could give more than five stars I would! The service is always outstanding – Brian was awesome tonight! Ambiance is just what we look, relaxing and beautiful. But the food is what takes things over the top!! You have to have the beet and bleu salad and the bread pudding is next level. I also had the autumn risotto and it was delicious! Huge portions making enough for lunch tomorrow. Also you can and should make reservations! Make this your next date night. Date of visit: February 2025
♦Toscanos has been one of our favorite spots for a while, but our most recent visit was something special. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a meaningful date with my wife, and we couldn’t have felt more cared for.
