Cooking Classes

Cooking Classes begin at 12:15 with no-host cocktails and the class begins at 1pm. $150 per person, includes tax & gratuity. 

 

Cooking Class is Sunday, September 22nd. “An Homage to Chef Tom” is the theme for this class.

MENU:
  • 1st Course – Sicilian Surf & Earth – Grilled wild prawns, grilled eggplant caponata, red wine pickled raisin, pistachio
  • 2nd Course – Tuscan Tomato Salad – Heirloom tomato, stracciatella, focaccia crouton, classic balsamic vinaigrette
  • 3rd Course – Gorgonzola Ravioli – Gorgonzola dolce cream sauce, hazelnut dukkah, fried sage
  • 4th Course – Roasted NY Striploin – Coffee crust, fig red wine reduction, sweet potato pave, charred broccolini
  • 5th Course – Zuppa Inglese (Italian Trifle) – Sponge cake, citrus whipped ricotta, dark chocolate, amaretto cherries
