Cooking Classes begin at 12:15 with no-host cocktails and the class begins at 1pm. $150 per person, includes tax & gratuity.

- 1st Course: Stuffin’ Muffin – Savory focaccia bread pudding, merguez sausage, apricot, pistachio
- 2nd Course: Green Bean Salad – Crispy shallot, honey mustard, feta, roasted mushroom
- 3rd Course: Butternut Squash Lasagna – Butternut Squash bechamel, pepita pesto, kale, whipped goat cheese
- 4th Course: Apple & Onion Stuffed Pork Loin – Rosemary potato pancake, cider glazed brussels, fennel & apple slaw
- 5th Course: Bourbon Poached Pear – Cardamon chantilly cream, thyme, pecan pie crumble
